Rams Head Live

Papa Roach set list:  Intro, Burn, To Be Loved, Murder, Alive, Silence, Intro - Forever, Before I Die, Blood Bros, Give Me Back My Life, Angels and Insects, Angels Go, Band Meeting, Still Swingin, Scars, Lifeline, Dead Cell, Last Resort

Otherwise & Escape The Fate opened this show but by the time I arrived Escape the Fate were mid way through their set.... I give the band credit for having a really clean audio mix for their set because you could clearly hear all of the guitar solos and overall the band’s live mix sounded great!

Papa Roach were the nights headliner and their set up was super simple...they traveled light and carried a minimal amount of gear. The opening bands were allowed to use P.R.’s set up and the only major thing Papa Roach had onstage was a large banner which featured the bands new logo & record graphics...the core of the show was simply the band onstage playing their hearts out!

Jacoby has the energy of a hyper child onstage and his persona has calmed down just a tad since he’s cleaned up....he no longer beats himself with his mic but still runs around non stop onstage and Jerry’s guitar playing always seems to get better & better with each record the band releases!

I give Papa Roach credit for making it a point to play all their hits from each record as well as tossing in a few new songs...they understand that their fans want to hear the classics & they give them what they want!

I was pleasantly surprised to see so many females at the show because usually hard rock/metal shows are a sausage fest but not this one...I think there may have been just as many pretty girls in attendance as there were guys!

No matter where you stood the sound was clear as a bell and Papa Roach always deliver a high energy rock show that leaves you exhausted when it’s over.
