This rare gem from The Space Age Playboys features all of their recorded studio work, fully remastered, and sounding amazing in all of their glam glory!  The Space Age Playboys were formed from the ashes of political hard rock act Warrior Soul.  Warrior Soul released a record called “Space Age Playboys” in 1994 which led to Kory forming The Space Age Playboys.  S.A.P. were not a political band, they wrote unapologetic songs about sex, drugs, and rock n roll.

The Space Age Playboy’s originally released “New Rock Underground” in 1997 and the band broke up by 2000.  Despite the bands short run they released one highly influencial studio record and one underrated live record.

JetGlow Records new reissue of “New Rock Underground” sounds great, the new artwork adds to the listening experience, and the three bonus cuts were previously only available online.

“Buzz On” opens the record with a flash of flavor and fury, “The Band Gets High” is a stalemate rocker, and “Jets” is simplistic yet intricate.  “Pleasure Stations” is one of the best songs this band has ever written yet sadly was never pressed onto CD until now.
